You don’t need a large following or a perfect profile. You do need a basic familiarity with LinkedIn and a willingness to use it regularly during the six weeks. ALTITUDE is designed to help you refine and elevate what you’re already doing — not start from zero.

ALTITUDE is a live, facilitated cohort. It’s not a self-paced course. You’ll be learning, drafting, and practicing in real time, with feedback from Jess and the group.

Live sessions are 50 minutes once a week. Outside of sessions, expect 30 minutes for homework, reflection, and posting. The goal is progress, not perfection.

All sessions are recorded and shared. That said, ALTITUDE works best when you attend live, participate, and engage with the cohort.

Yes. If it becomes clear that you’re unable to participate fully, you’ll be asked to step back and your investment will be refunded. This protects the quality of the cohort for everyone involved.
The ALTITUDE program is designed to provide guidance, feedback, and strategic insight to support participants in strengthening their LinkedIn presence and narrative platform. While every effort is made to support each participant’s progress, results cannot be guaranteed. Participants are responsible for implementing the strategies, ideas, and recommendations shared throughout the program.
All conversations within the cohort are expected to remain confidential. Participants may not share, reproduce, or repurpose program materials without written permission.
Enrollment confirms your place in the cohort and agreement to these terms. Because ALTITUDE is a cohort-based program with limited spots, refunds are not available once the program has begun.
